I don't know if that's the most lucrative Vanilla/Hearthfires Greenhouse/Garden crop in the game since Creep Cluster + Mora Tapinella + Scaly Pholiota makes an even more valuable potion, as does Mora Tapinella + Scaly Pholiota (slightly).
